Assumptive and Pricey Travis was the point man for Costco Auto Program through which the test drive was referred. I identified one used vehicle of interest. He was not en rapport with me since I would not cooperate or agree with an instant sale that he had assumed would take place without quibble. His expectations of a quick sale were too high and it was a turn off. There was no breathing room as I was not going to be allowed to leave. It was an uncomfortable experience which did not reflect well on the Costco Auto Program or Delray Honda and I would not recommend them or return there. More
