Zach was the salesperson who handled my inquiry on my first choice. When I arrived I was disappointed that the car I wanted was sold. Zach asked me to look at other cars which I was hesitant because I didn't feel that it was fair since I drove up from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Anyway, Zach did not pressure me and I finally relented to look at some other vehicles. I saw one that I thought might be another choice for my son and sat down to discuss the purchase. Based on a verbal agreement with Zach and with Earl, sales manager, I told them that I would like to return in two days with my son to purchase this car. Two days later I returned and based on our agreement we made a deal. I was impressed with how they treated my son who was buying his first car. The sales room was bright, roomy and clean and the service area was spacious. The waiting area had a lunch counter and coffee available and an open area for people to wait for their cars. Overall, my son had a good experience with the sales team and the financial office person, James. The only thing disagreeable was the lengthy process of 4 hours to complete the deal. More

Rock Star My plan was to go to every Honda dealership within a 100 miles till I got the deal I wanted. I went to 2 other dealerships earlier in the week and the My plan was to go to every Honda dealership within a 100 miles till I got the deal I wanted. I went to 2 other dealerships earlier in the week and they wouldn't budge on the price... I had an appointment with a salesman at another Honda dealership but I tapped on the wrong GPS location and it guided me to Delray Honda. I explained to them that I was there by mistake but the salesman said "how can we earn your business?" soooo, I told him the deal I was looking for (didn't think it would be any different from the other 2 dealers) but, to my surprise, he made it happen... He got me 2019 (Black Friday Internet) discounted prices for a 2020 Passport, saved over $3K more than the other 2 dealerships already discounted internet prices.
