I recently purchased a used 2017 Honda Civic at Delray Honda. Although a bit apprehensive, I was guided through the process by Mr Sam Assisi, who , with his kind demeanor, patience and knowledge regardin Honda. He helped secure, with the assistance of the financial officer, Giuseppi, a no money down arrangement. Clearly Mr Assisi willingness to work within my financial constraints, made this purchase a reality. In fact, owning this Honda, is even cheaper for me than renting a car! In addition, Mr.Assisi explained the importance of having a 2 year maintenance agreement on my vehicle to ensure it's reliability. I never once felt any sales pressure or tactics you often hear about from sales people at car dealerships . Sam made me feel like a member of the Delray Honda family, and personally, like a friend! In addition, Mr Assisi paid for a full tank of gas for me when I was leaving!! Truly going that extra mile of personal service!
