Great Experience (first time car buyer) This was my first time buying a car and I was lucky to have been introduced and welcomed by Cristhian. He provided A+ service from the beginning. I spent the day with him test driving different vehicles and he provided a very informative and enjoyable experience. Although I didn't purchase a car that day, he still gave me his card, introduced me to the manager, and advised that they were competitive on pricing and that he will work with me to get the lowest price possible on the car I liked (which was a used F-150). I checked out every other dealerships nearby on Federal Highway in Delray Beach and the service provided by the sales team at other dealerships didn't come close in terms of quality to the service provided by Cristhian at Delray Honda. Ultimately, I returned the next day and purchased the F-150 from Delray Honda after checking out the other dealerships. My advice if you are looking to buy a car in the area is to stop by Delray Honda ask for Cristhian. He was the nicest and most patient person I dealt with that weekend. Also, I would ask to speak with Julio, the used car manager. Julio was also a great person to work with. I returned to the dealership the next week with a few request (e.g., clean car seats, etc.) and he was very helpful. After the detail, Cristhian and Julio both advised that they will return the car to my apartment so that I didnt have to worry about picking it up, which was nice.
