Friendly, flexible, & fun experience! No complaints Delray Honda has been great! I came in to buy a 2011 Hyundai Sonata and the customer service shown was very refreshing & pleasant. From the friendly salesman Mike Webb, to the assertive managers Julio Sanchez & Brandon Garland and to the effective finance manager Laurent Dorleans, everyone was great at their role! In addition, the car insurance department was also helpful, pleasant and worked to get me the best deal on insurance coverage. Mr. Roniel Sanchez and the rest of the guys were good! Brandon Garland made sure that I liked the car by allowing me to take it home over night and he also made sure the car payments were accommodated to my budget including a 1 year warranty in the deal. Thanks! Lastly, after signing off on the car, the very same night my car didn't want to turn on. I found out it was the battery. I immediatly called Mike Webb and he made sure I was safe and addressed the situation by making sure I bring the car in the next day to get the battery replaced by the service department. The matter was handled very diligently! The guys humored me by taking a few pictures of me with the car and by taking pictures of me with some of the staff. Everyone kept it fun! Over all, the dealership is very neat and clean the employees were all good to me personally, and of course they have a great selection of nice cars. Why not give Delray Honda a try? I did. More
