I was shocked with how much Carlos knew about the Accord and all of the features it cam I met with Carlos Orejuela to test drive an Accord Sport 1.5t. I was shocked with how much Carlos knew about the Accord and all of the features it came with. After visiting multiple dealerships searching for a new car, it was clear the difference between Carlos’ skills compared to the skills, or lack thereof, sales staff from other dealerships displayed. To me, this was an immediate selling point and made the Accord by far the most attractive choice amongst its competitors(Mazda 6, Camry XSE, Malibu Premier, etc.) The sales manager, Omar, did everything in his power to make the numbers work, and Sam Pola provided me with a great trade-in offer for my previous vehicle. To end what was already a great experience, the F&I manager did an amazing and quick job closing the deal despite of some credit issues. Overall, I am very pleased with my second car purchase from Delray Honda and will absolutely buy from them again in the future! More
