This time I went to a dozen new car dealerships in search for a new family vehicle, By far the best new car or should I say minivan buying experience. This time I went to a dozen new car dealerships in search for a new family vehicle, I was ignored at one dealership, lied to at another and disliked the way some of the other brands drove and looked. From beginning to end my experience at Delray Honda was by far the BEST, Todd gumowitz and Franky lena were amazing people to deal with. I was never rushed nor lied to, Franky took the time to show me some used vehicles as well that I showed some interest in but ultimately I brought the wife in and she chose a beautiful pearl white Odyssey that my neighbors keep stopping by the driveway and compliment how pretty it is. I also have to say that from the moment I stepped into the dealership, the receptionist was a sweetheart...you felt like you were with family. Great experience! I was in the market for a new Honda Accord after my 2006 with 207,000 miles bit the dust. I had been to other Honda Dealerships in the area, but was I was in the market for a new Honda Accord after my 2006 with 207,000 miles bit the dust. I had been to other Honda Dealerships in the area, but was not impressed with their used inventory. Delray Honda had the best used certified with the lowest mileage. I was interested in a Silver one that they had on the lot. I called Zach and asked him to hold the car for me and I would be in the next day to see it. The manager called me the next day and asked when I would be in. I told him I did not have transportation and the manager told me he would have Zack come and pick me up out in Coral Springs with the car I was interested in. Once Zack picked me up, we stopped by my old car that was left parked in a parking lot to get the tag off the car. Well, my car had been towed due to overnight parking. I asked Zach if he minded if we went to the tow yard and get the tag. He obliged. Well, about two hours later we finally get back to Delray Honda and make the deal. I got a very fair price and not a lot of unnecessary haggling. I have to say Zach had the best attitude through it all and I really appreciated that. He was never short or irritated with me through the whole tag ordeal. I would definitely recommend him if you are shopping for a new care. He is a great guy with a great attitude and listens to his customers about what they want and what they are looking for. Thanks, Zach, for all you have done to get me in my new certified Honda.
