What I found so refreshing was her kind and upbeat personality, she didn't drag out the process. She was serious about selling a car and I was serious about buying. Throughout the negotiation process she maintained that positive attitude which made the experience more enjoyable. Then the next day, after I went home with my brand new Honda Civic EX, Dustin made sure to contact me to let me know I left bar exam prep materials in the car I traded in, and when I asked for help with a sunpass I left in the car, he again went out of his way to help out. Both of these men embody what car dealers SHOULD be. I am very happy and will be returning. Additionally, John in Finance completely understood my position as a recent law school graduate and respected my budget when it came time to sign the final papers, even going and getting further approval for further discounts to make my car affordable and enjoyable for me and my budget. Not once did I feel taken advantage of, even as a single female in a car dealership. More
