Dustin went out of his way to make sure the exact model car I wanted was actually on the property before I drove 45 minutes to come see it. Christhian made the entire buying experience easy and bearable. Then the next day, after I went home with my brand new Honda Civic EX, Dustin made sure to contact me to let me know I left bar exam prep materials in the car I traded in, and when I asked for help with a sunpass I left in the car, he again went out of his way to help out. Both of these men embody what car dealers SHOULD be. I am very happy and will be returning. Additionally, John in Finance completely understood my position as a recent law school graduate and respected my budget when it came time to sign the final papers, even going and getting further approval for further discounts to make my car affordable and enjoyable for me and my budget. Not once did I feel taken advantage of, even as a single female in a car dealership. More
