Mike Webb knew all there was to know about the features of each car, he took the time to explain them to me, and took me for a test drive of each car. Because he was so knowledgable about each car, I felt I had the information to be able to choose the car that was best for me. I ended up buying the Clarity, and at a very good price. I had been at another dealership to see both cars, and the salespeople there were not anywhere as informed about the features of the car as Mike. More

The information that he told me about my vehicle could have been shared over the phone instead of having me drive all the way to Delray. When I did arrive at the dealership, he was moody because I was not satisfied with the numbers he provided on a lease. When I left his office, I told myself I would never return to Delray Honda to do business with Carlos because it was an unpleasant experience. However,, the broker I worked with knew the sales manager at Delray Honda, so I did return. But I specifically told the broker that I did NOT want to work with Carlos. More

Reversed the bad taste in my mouth about car dealerships I had an absolutely horrible experience at the last car dealership that I got my first lease. I don't want to name the name of that dealership out of I had an absolutely horrible experience at the last car dealership that I got my first lease. I don't want to name the name of that dealership out of respect, however, I was highly apprehensive about getting my new lease because of that experience and lacked the confidence that another dealership would be able to make that right. However, Delray Honda is a wonderful place and Mike Webb, the salesman who helped my boyfriend and I, was a pleasure and was understanding and transparent with us throughout the entire process. I'm grateful to now feel like I can trust the people who sold me my car. I can't remember the other three gentlemen's names that helped us, but the were all wonderful. More
