However, the true meaning of Customer Service did not end with Laurent, John in financing and the insurance department were what I consider to be the nth degree of customer service. Lease a new Honda FIT EX As my first time leasing a vehicle, I was quite excited and I had many questions. A great experience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Travis. We explained to him exactly what we were looking to buy and he pulled up exactly what we wanted. We really loved the CRV that we test drove, so he got the paperwork started. We went to Mike to complete all of the paperwork . He very thoroughly went through all of the paperwork and made sure we understood what the warranty covered. He also worked to get our payments exactly where we wanted them. From start to finish took about 2 hours, which is extremely fast compared to other times I’ve purchased a car. We will definitely go back to Delray Honda when we need to buy our next car. More
