Since I wasn't really looking for a specific car, he was willing to show me all the cars on the lot that fell within my budget, however, he showed me a newer car that drove perfectly and we didn't have to do much soul searching at all. He was very flexible when it came to negotiating the price of the car, and I appreciated his positive attitude throughout. Will is awesome, and if you get the chance to work with him at this dealership, I highly advise it since he sold us our next Honda, which has proven to be the most trustworthy brand of cars I've ever had. The Honda people I have worked with made it as smooth as it possibly could be. I really did not know if I was going in to get a new car on Friday but just to answer some questions on a letter I received about updating my 2015 CRV to a 2018 for same payments. Except for a small amount more each month and a $850 tax amount, Honda lived up to its standards in the letter. Thanks to Shane and Paul all my questions were answered and they were polite and courteous to the end. The only recommendation I would make to Honda (for people buying new cars) is to hire a smart college person to come in once or twice a week to help someone like me go over some of the technicalities of how to work some of the features work.. It could be by appointment only and after a few weeks of ownership. This would be helpful for older drivers like me. I realize the sales people could help but I always hate taking up their time. More
