All around pleasant experience This is the second Honda vehicle that I purchased from Delray Honda. The first time I received a better deal than offered at another Honda dealership This is the second Honda vehicle that I purchased from Delray Honda. The first time I received a better deal than offered at another Honda dealership so I just returned to purchase another Honda without going to another dealer. I felt that I would be treated fairly and get a good deal on a new vehicle. I worked with a salesman by the name of Will Phillips. He was both pleasant and knowledgeable with regard to the features on the vehicle that I was interested in. There is nothing more frustrating than asking a salesman about various features in the vehicle and not getting the answers. I could tell that Will does his homework when it comes to reading up on the many features and electronics that are found on new vehicles these days. The showroom was new and very large and the dealer had a very large inventory of vehicles to look at. There was no pressure to purchase or lease and this also made for a pleasant new car search experience. The finance manager, James Scaglione, was easy to deal with and spent the time explaining all aspects of the deal. As I stated this was a pleasant experience all around. Will Phillips was constantly involved in the entire process and made the purchase very smooth. He kept me current on what was happening with the vehicle and made followup calls to make sure everything with the vehicle was fine after I brought it home. I also received a call and email from Bert Montalvo making sure everything was fine with the deal and purchase. I would certainly recommend Will Phillips at Delray Honda if you are interested in a Honda vehicle. I will certainly return to this dealership in the future. More

Since I wasn't really looking for a specific car, he was willing to show me all the cars on the lot that fell within my budget, however, he showed me a newer car that drove perfectly and we didn't have to do much soul searching at all. He was very flexible when it came to negotiating the price of the car, and I appreciated his positive attitude throughout. Will is awesome, and if you get the chance to work with him at this dealership, I highly advise it since he sold us our next Honda, which has proven to be the most trustworthy brand of cars I've ever had.
