The only thing that slipped his mind was he forgot to tell me that the monthly price didn't include tax, title, and other fees. It was a slight overlook and wasn't enough to damper the rest of the experience that I had. I would definitely be returning here in the future. Can't say enough about the staff as a whole. More

Fantastic experience working with Mauricio Turquia! When my wife and I arrived at Delray Honda, it was the 3rd dealership we were visiting that week. We were impressed by the building, lot size, organiz When my wife and I arrived at Delray Honda, it was the 3rd dealership we were visiting that week. We were impressed by the building, lot size, organization, among other things but we didn't realize we were in for a pleasant surprise. Mauricio approached us with a big smile and a warm welcome that we could feel that he was there to help us in whatever we needed. It wasn't like he was standing in front of the dealership hunting like many car salespeople look and behave like so. Also, although Mauricio speaks English fluently, we felt right at home after we found out he was Brazilian just like us and we could deal in our native language. Since we had a couple offers from others dealers, we knew what we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. Unfortunately/fortunately they didn't have the model and trim we wanted but Mauricio said they could easily order it and get it the next day. However, after a brief negotiation, the numbers weren't working in our favor since there weren't many incentives for the car we were looking for. When Jim came to speak with us and we were getting ready to leave, he offered us a different model (the sedan version of the car we were looking for) but a couple of trims higher than what we would get on the hatchback, for a very attractive price. Mauricio than proceed to showcase the car and its features, again in a very professional and friendly manner. That made it a very obvious choice since we were getting a *WHOLE LOT* more for only $8 more per month than what we had planned to spend. Meaning: sunroof, Apple CarPlay, remote start, push-to-start, etc. My wife and I are very pleased with the car but most importantly, we feel that we honestly recommend a salesperson to a friend and be sure that they will get a second to none experience. Thank you, Mauricio, for providing an unusual great experience while buying a car! I hope to deal with you again in the future. More

Excellent service; honest dealings In my search for a used car over the last few months I have been to some pretty distasteful dealerships. I have dealt with salesmen who would say In my search for a used car over the last few months I have been to some pretty distasteful dealerships. I have dealt with salesmen who would say obviously disingenuous things to butter me up, and it was very uncomfortable. At Delray Honda, the atmosphere was much more relaxed and professional. I worked with Mauricio Turquia, and he was very easy-going and polite. It was a pleasure doing business with him at Delray, but what really prompted this review is the following experience I had. While test driving cars, a Leatherman tool (worth about $80) slipped out of my pocket and was left behind inside one of the cars I drove. A day or so later, when I was searching all over for the tool without success, I came to the conclusion that I must have left it at the dealership. I just gave it up for lost because how could anyone at a business like that, whether a salesman, mechanic, or other lot employee, not to mention other potential customers, be so conscientious as to turn the tool in to a lost-and-found? No, I thought, whoever found it surely just put it in his or her pocket and simply took it home. And yet, I knew I had to return to the dealership anyway to drop off some paperwork, so I came up with a plan. I figured maybe if a salesman let me look in the other car I had driven that day, I might just find the tool under the seat if it had gone unnoticed. When I got to the dealership, I took care of the business necessary to wrap up the deal on the vehicle I had purchased. Then I went and found Mauricio. He was happy to see me, and I asked if he had seen a Leatherman tool that might have fallen out of my pocket. To my utter amazement, he walked over to a front reception desk, and had the receptionist retrieve from the desk an envelope in which was my Leatherman! He said he had found it, and had saved it there in case anyone came asking about it. I think such honest behavior is so rare these days, especially regarding such a seemingly inconsequential little tool. Given its size, the finder of such a lost item could have easily pocketed it without anyone ever knowing. The deal I got on my vehicle was probably pretty good, but there are many reasons beyond that to shop at Delray Honda. These are two of the big ones: 1) Mauricio, who alone made it worthwhile; and 2) the overall professional and welcoming atmosphere of the dealership eliminated any anxiety or discomfort people often have at car dealerships. I had to drive 35 miles in South Florida traffic to get there, but would happily point anyone in Delray Honda’s direction if they were shopping for a new or used car. And I would recommend Mauricio for honest dealings in particular. More
