As I have done the last few times, I researched extensively and then solicited a price quote from local dealers through Edmunds or a similar website. When the responses began to roll in, I was at work. I specifically didn’t want to negotiate on the phone. I simply wanted their best price. The only one to actually send me a quote was Carlos. The rest wanted to talk on the phone as if I had just walked through the dealership door. As I said, I had already researched extensively and knew what the fair price range was. Believe it or not, Carlos’s initial offer was better than fair and I felt no need to negotiate any further. I’m quite sure that has never happened to me before. We went back and forth on the trade in a little, but I ended up feeling fantastic about the deal. He even threw in a great accessory that I hadn’t even asked for — well after we had agreed to the terms of the deal. Carlos is a very pleasant and earnest young man with a wonderful sense of humor. He made the whole transaction enjoyable. We even survived the experience of getting nailed by a flying chunk of rubber from the blown-out tire of a nearby truck during the test drive! Carlos was so thorough explaining how all of the advanced features of the car that I had to wave a white flag and tell him I had reached my saturation point and would read the rest later in the users manual ;-) Looking for a quick, pleasant route to a great deal? Ask for Carlos. You won’t be sorry! More

Dustin really listened to what I said. When we were ready to leave he asked us to look at one more car, he was sure I would like. I loved it & went home to get my checkbook. Worth The Drive I drove up here from South Dade and it was worth the drive. I originally contacted Delray Honda only because I was referred there from the Costco Program. I am glad I did because the entire experience from beginning to end was excellent. No sales pressure or deceptive practices. Everyone was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Good price and they had the car and color I wanted. They were even kind enough to deliver the car down to my home, about 65 miles each way. And they did it on my schedule. I ended up being very satisfied with the entire experience. More

This is something I never do but there I felt comfortable wanted and welcomed. They even have a Department to find you the best insurence for your car and to save you money. It’s set up well and managed with a very good business plan. I didn’t give them ten stars I gave them 9 because I always feel there is room for improvement but thinking back on that day it was a pretty special day for me and they deserve that fifth star and all the Departments and people including the insurance crew should have been given that tenth star especially Mauricio Turquia. I apologize for any confusion.typ More

Very courteous I loved that you had the car I asked about waiting for me in the front. I got to test drive it which in other dealers I was told I could not test driv I loved that you had the car I asked about waiting for me in the front. My salesperson Lucy was very helpful and accommodating. The only thing and it’s more on the Honda side of things not your operations or sales. Is I wish I would have been told my veteran discount only counted if I had gotten out within the last two years ahead of time. I hope it had nothing to do with the dealer I believe. If it did it should be something maybe that should be looked at. I served during combat operations in 2006, kind of a slap in the face to be told it needed to be more current. Other then that I would buy from you guys again. Even the sales people that were not my sales person were very friendly More
