Early the next morning, Service Consultant, Isai Perez, promptly answered the phone with sincere professionalism, responding right away to the concerns for my vehicle. It didn’t matter that I was 350 miles from home on a holiday weekend, Isai knew exactly what to do to remedy the situation. I’m grateful for Delray Honda. To Isai and his team of outstanding mechanics - thank you for the genuine customer service and fabulous attention to detail. I wish all Honda dealerships were this dedicated to the mission! More

Deceptive, Dismissive After Papers Signed I worked with Thomas Arena at the dealership. The sales process went well seemingly as we negotiated a price on a 2018 Honda Accord, Touring 2.0T. I a I worked with Thomas Arena at the dealership. The sales process went well seemingly as we negotiated a price on a 2018 Honda Accord, Touring 2.0T. I agreed to the deal. Then, in the finance office with Scott, I was informed that there would be an additional !900+ dollars in dealer fees (never discussed). I bolted and was walking out. Then Scott (nice guy who did not know that Thomas had not discussed this with me) came back to me as I was leaving to say, "okay", just give us the current months payment. I agreed. Thomas met me in the car to set-up my phone and navigation (thank you for that) and then looking at his watch, excused himself saying that he would be right back. well, I waited in the car some lengthy period of time, no Thomas. So I went in the dealership to find him with another customer. I asked if he was going to instruct me on the technology features of the car (of which there are many) but he was now with this new customer and asked me if I were going to be around for the next few days (I had made a special trip from Spring Hill, Florida to Delray Beach just for the purpose of taking delivery of this car) and I told him "no" that I was returning to Spring Hill. He could care less. Interestingly, he had the time to discuss all manner of personal things with me during the sales process but after the papers were signed, I was history. If you want to be tricked and dismissed after the sales, buy here. I returned a dealership review form to the sales manager and on the form it asked woesuld you like us to call you. I said "yes." That did not happen. It makes it difficult for me to assess blame here, is it all Thomas or does the dealership support deceptive practices. The safe solution is, just stay away. More

Everyone I came in contact with during the process was very nice - sales, management, financing (was he efficient- props). Myself, my husband and kids are all thrilled with our decision. We’ve come to trust Honda these past three years and are happy to continue the relationship. He was a true professional, showed patience and understanding throughout the process right up until delivery. Even though we had the same offer from a dealership 15 minutes from our house in Broward we chose to drive 40 min because of the confidence and trust we had developed by dealing with Paul.
