I called to explore the details on the vehicle, was assisted by Carlos Orejuela, and agreed to meet with him to test drive the vehicle and explore a possible deal. Carlos turned out to be a breath of fresh air. He was a straight shooter, professional, a good patient listener, thoroughly familiar with the Honda product, and totally committed to answering our questions and meeting our needs for a great vehicle and a great deal. The test ride turned into a most helpful demo and explanation of the vehicle’s impressive technology and other desirable features. Carlos patiently answered every question, and committed to be available for future questions if we chose to buy the vehicle. We did buy the vehicle, Carlos facilitated an excellent deal, and we agreed on a delivery date. Carlos was out sick on delivery day, but his associate, Cristhian Jimenez, provided excellent service, making certain the vehicle delivery went smoothly, our needs and expectations were met.
