Best Sales Experience EVER! I will like to start by saying that previous to buying my Honda CRV I actually went to 3 other dealerships. I knew i wanted an SUV but just was not su I will like to start by saying that previous to buying my Honda CRV I actually went to 3 other dealerships. I knew i wanted an SUV but just was not sure if a Toyota or a Murano ( I went to 2 different Nissan Dealerships). I ended buying my beautiful Honda CR-V EXL from Carlos because he sold me on the car, he sold me on the safety features, he took the time to explain in detail the different kinds of CR-V ( i had no clue what was an LX or what was an ELX) AND when I told him what my absolute max budget was he did everything to get the car to the price point I needed. It was a long day but he made kindly offered to buy me lunch from the cafeteria. I will confidently say that Carlos is by far the BEST sales person I have ever met, Thank you Carlos! Very professional service My car was in the garage and would not start. Called Honda because I had a recall fix appointment next day. They gave me great advice. They came, got my car out and towed to dealership. I was updated several times and I received a complimentary ride to the dealership to pick up my car. They did the recall service and checked all systems. Even got the car washed for me. All employees were courteous and very helpful. All in all an upsetting beginning turned out to be a smooth and prompt turnaround. My thanks to all involved. More
