As returning customers, we have always appreciated the transparency of their business model, and this visit reaffirmed why we keep coming back. Lucy Conrado was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Her patience and dedication were evident as she pulled out few different vehicles for us to test drive, ensuring we had ample options to consider. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed to make a decision, which made the experience more enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of Delray Honda is their incredibly streamlined paperwork process. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and usually the buying process takes up the entire day. However, after test driving and deciding on the perfect vehicle, we were amazed at how efficiently everything was handled. Once we made up our minds about the vehicle we wanted to purchase, we were out of the dealership within 3 hours. Thank you, Lucy, and the entire team at Delray Honda, for making our car buying experience so smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership for service. My CR-V is under warranty and I needed a tire rotation. In addition, a tire had a slow leak that I asked them to check. I was told that if a patch was needed it would be $34.95, which is reasonable. The rotation was done quickly (for a Saturday), they fixed my slow leak, and was told "no charge"!
