Greatness Guys! I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. The first a used car and the day I bout it I realized there was a problem with the driver side door handle. The guys at the dealership took car of it without any hassle. They ordered the part needed and fixed it free of charge! They stand by their cars and look out for their customers. I most recently needed something AWL and that is not easy to find in FL both Christian Jimenez and Ameen Johnson worked hard for 2 days to get me in the car I was looking for!:) Thanx guys! I received a quick response from Cristhian Jimenez in the Internet department, I contacted Delray Honda by internet to check on inventory and pricing. I received a quick response from Cristhian Jimenez in the Internet department, which included the vehicle we desired, at an attractive price. I called to explore the details on the vehicle, was assisted by Carlos Orejuela, and agreed to meet with him to test drive the vehicle and explore a possible deal. Carlos turned out to be a breath of fresh air. He was a straight shooter, professional, a good patient listener, thoroughly familiar with the Honda product, and totally committed to answering our questions and meeting our needs for a great vehicle and a great deal. The test ride turned into a most helpful demo and explanation of the vehicle’s impressive technology and other desirable features. Carlos patiently answered every question, and committed to be available for future questions if we chose to buy the vehicle. We did buy the vehicle, Carlos facilitated an excellent deal, and we agreed on a delivery date. Carlos was out sick on delivery day, but his associate, Cristhian Jimenez, provided excellent service, making certain the vehicle delivery went smoothly, our needs and expectations were met.
