John Tetrault is a crook. The entire business is crooked. The salesmen are great, but please please please read and review your contract before signing it. We agreed to a much lower price with our salesperson but John Tetrault screwed us and we were so tired after being there for 8 hours that we just wanted to leave. I couldn't believe how dirty and crooked this guy is. He's just disgusting. I pray that he gets ripped off the way he ripped us off. Also, he said our protection plan would cost "$10 a month" but when I looked at the numbers, it was more like $45 more a month! That's a big difference. He also added on a LOT of fees that our salesman specifically said would not be added. Do NOT use these people. Go somewhere else. More

Delray Honda Review Delray Honda is a large full service dealership in Delray Florida. My experience with them in trading in my older Subaru and buying a later model Hond Delray Honda is a large full service dealership in Delray Florida. My experience with them in trading in my older Subaru and buying a later model Honda Accord was really outstanding. My salesman was Zach Feller who was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. He showed me several cars responding to my requests and answering my questions forthrightly. My financial negotiations were with Chauncey Reynolds, the Used Car Manager and we were able to get to the "bottom line' quickly and satisfactorily. I made several requests including putting two candidate cars on the lift for a detailed inspection (readily accommodated by Chauncey and Zach) and a next day trip, together with Zach, to my mechanic 25 miles away for another inspection. My mechanic found two minor issues which Chauncey readily agreed to resolve. Finally, the paperwork including Title, Registration, Bill of Sale etc. etc. was efficiently handled by them including having a resident insurance agent to contact my insurance company to update my coverage on the spot and provide me with the new Proof of Insurance card. Last, but not least, while all this was going on, they thoroughly cleaned the car exterior and interior and even gave me a complimentary full tank of gas. More
