Our sales person, Mauricio, was patient and answered all our questions. My daughter had come in alone to get some information a few weeks prior and he sat with her answering all her questions. It was the reason we went back to him and the dealership. When I came into the dealership with her, he treated us like we were old friends, warm, friendly, helpful, concerned that we make the right choice for my daughter. He kept in touch with us after my daughters visit as well. He stayed with us in the dealership throughout the finance and insurance process making sure we understood everything.
