I paid cash for the car and I had my own insurance and yet I feel that I was handled in these two department not as a customer but as a number. People were short, cold as if I was a bother, maybe because I did not buy the extended maintenance nor the insurance from them. It also does not help when the people speak another language between them, laughing as if they were making fun of me. More
