We never forgot that experience, so when we were ready to make our decision, we pushed to put Zack and Delray Honda at the front of the pack, and they responded! Isai explained what the campaign was about, what I needed to do to get the vehicle inspected. He was very helpful in getting me an appointment, on a day and time that would be convenient for me. I had my vehicle there Monday August 21 at 0800am and was out of there in another 2 hours. Customer waiting area is very user friendly, so the 2 hours went by quickly. Isai explained that Honda Corporate would be contacting us when parts would be available and a permanent fix could be made. As usual, we walked out to my car and it had been washed for me and it really was in need of wash! Thank you again, Isai.
