Above and Beyond Sales Manager Carlos Orejuela This is my second lease with Delray Honda. This was definitely a painless car buying experience for the 2nd time. Carlos, my awesome sales manager This is my second lease with Delray Honda. This was definitely a painless car buying experience for the 2nd time. Carlos, my awesome sales manager, took time out on a Sunday afternoon to show me the features of 3 vehicles. I was at three dealerships prior to visiting Delray Honda (don't know what I was thinking), and they did not explain the features. You would think Carlos had a part in designing the Honda vehicles because he knew even inch of detail on these vehicle. The way he demonstrated how the rearview camera works by standing behind the vehicle and lining his fingers up to match the lines was incredibly awesome!!! I love how Carlos matched me up with the HR-V. He matched it with my personality, my needs, and most importantly my budget. This was a quick deal with great packages. Carlos is straightforward and does not go back and forth with games. Everything I told him I wanted, he did. I can be quite difficult and the other dealerships could not handle my personality, but Carlos did. Kudos! He also reviewed with my how to achieve my next leasing goals for the next vehicle. And, yes, I will be staying with Delray Honda. Carlos will go out his way to make car buying easy. He is not your typical sales manager. I highly recommend Carlos as your next Sales Manager.
