Wonderful Experience I had the pleasure of working with Amanda DiMaiuta for the first time regarding a problem that I had with my car from purchase (from Honda Dealership I had the pleasure of working with Amanda DiMaiuta for the first time regarding a problem that I had with my car from purchase (from Honda Dealership). When I brought it in before they said there was nothing wrong. But once I brought it in again with the same problem- it was diagnosed but only halfway fixed. When I brought it in this last time, and was helped by Amanda DiMaiuta, not only was the problem fixed fully, but this time the issue was explained in a way better manner. Her amazing customer service skills mixed with her prompt execution of her duties was fantastic. She kept me up to speed the entire time I was there (which was close to 4 hours) and was friendly the entire time. Because of her not only will I continue to only use Delray Honda Dealership, I will exclusively only use her as my advisor and recommend her to all my friends and family. If you know what model you want you will be driving your new car under two hours. Most buyers are shopping for the best deal and spend a lot of time in the process. Today leasing a Honda is as easy as buying a pair of shoes. It took me longer time to buy a pair of shoes then to lease a new Accord. If your credit is good you can have a new car with no money down for the monthly payment that is less than a dinner for two at Tanzy. Jim Nolecheck is the man to buy the new Honda. I selected the model and completed credit appl. on their web site, than called Jim to set up the time for delivery. The car was waiting for me when I got there. The best part of it you don't have to negotiate - they practically pay you to take Honda home! This was by far absolutely the best buiyng experience. Thank you Delray Honda for making it happen. More

Predatory Thief A female friend took a 2013 Civic in for routine maintenance. It was discovered that a rear shock was leaking. Isai wasted no time dramatizing and e A female friend took a 2013 Civic in for routine maintenance. It was discovered that a rear shock was leaking. Isai wasted no time dramatizing and exaggerating the the perilous consequences of driving on a bad shock absorber. He then stressed the importance of replacing both rear shocks at the same time, and quoted an amount over $900.00. When she questioned if that could be right, Isai became dismissive and rather condescending. Floored, though skeptical, my friend called me to inquire as to whether this could be true, and if the price was fair. I called Johnson Honda in Stuart, Fl., and was told that for both shocks the price was $377 for a two door and $350 for the 4 door. I then called Delray Honda and asked to speak to a service supervisor, but was told that was not possible. I then asked for a service adviser and was connected with Glenn. Glenn said Delray would match Johnson's price, because that's what the cost was. I then explained the encounter with Isai, and was told I should talk with him. Glenn then patched the call through to him. I explained that I was calling on my friend's behalf, and that I had some concerns about the $900 figure he quoted her for both shocks. He told me that's just what it costs. I went on to share with him what Johnson Honda said and he then said hold on...I think I see what happened..."they" miscalculated the labor.Isai then quoted a figure in the $500.00 range. When I told him that figure was still incorrect, he became agitated and told me that 2 doors cost more than 4 doors to repair. I told him I agreed, but that was why the 4 door should cost $350 and the 2 door $377. I also mentioned that even Glenn in the same service department confirmed this. Rather than adjust the price accordingly, he maintained his position, and implied I had fabricated the information. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day or make a mistake. This was neither, but I believe a calculated decision on his part to take advantage of an unsuspecting female. I don't understand why Glenn wasn't able to take the high road and facilitate the correction, but regardless, I would never recommend this dealership or service rep to anyone. More
