We went just to look at a van we'd seen online and our sales person was Zach. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't make us feel pressured at all. We had some questions so he brought out the manager, Todd, who was also super nice, helpful and no pressure at all. We test drove, loved it and decided to make an offer. We dealt w the internet manager, Jose/Juan (?) who was also fantastic! They just were all so kind and made the whole process so easy and smooth! They were really willing to listen to us and work at our price point. We felt so comfortable and they made the entire used car buying experience such a great one!
