Let me start by saying this place is A SCAM & SO ARE THE CARS ! FROM THE PEOPLE, numbers, services, wait time, and all around. Let me start by saying they sold me my first car that started smelling like smo CARS ! FROM THE PEOPLE, numbers, services, wait time, and all around. Let me start by saying they sold me my first car that started smelling like smoke. Jonas Bair mentioned through text that I could exchange my car within 7 days. Instead, I get charged for a second car as it was considered a new trade and went against his word, to leave me with $18,000 out the door with my trade in at $20,000. Yes, I just spent $40,000 on two cars in 1 week for a Honda 😂 yet alone, they charged me $3000 in fees every time they xxxxed up & we cannot forget the many times they ran my credit for a car that was paid in full when they know my credit was in good standing. Let’s start with the Honda Civic EX 2021-White-11k miles that has no business being a certified car with many electric issues, terrible paint, and technology issues; this should be illegal and sounds like a scam. #2, the Honda Civic 2021 Hatchback EX in Solar Grey has smoke residue and has front windshield and back windshield, aftermarket glass, with smoke, like it sounds like the car blew up and they slammed a price tag and gave it to me with an active recall. They also said they can’t certify it because there’s a recall. That’s xx. The white civic same year was certified and was not affected after they said it’s all 2021. Whatever you do, DO NOT SEND WOMEN, ELDERLY, OR ANYONE TO THIS xxxxTY PLACE. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE shut down. JOKES ON THEM THOUGH BECAUSE MY CAR, the last car given to me is in pristine condition because another guy got scammed out of his good conditioned car like my trade in. RUN AWAY !!!!!! Let me also tell you that you will be here for atleast 10-12 hours because they move at the pace of the drivers in this area 😂😭 BTW THEY TAKE DOWN ALL THE BAD REVIEWS ! INTEGRITY OUT THE WINDOW. The sad part is they preyed on someone based on gender (woman), age (young), and with a budget that was not respected. Karma has a beautiful way of catching up. More
