During the purchase process Carlos was very honest with me and kept updated as to what was going on with the deal. After the purchase, he took the time to review the features of my new car, despite the fact that the dealer had closed an hour prior. He is great! I wish all car deals could be this easy! More

When I got to the dealership Carlos had the car ready for my test drive. During the purchase process I wasn't shuffled between different people and departments. Carlos kept me informed with what was happening behind the scenes. Then a quick 15 minute meeting with Gary in finance and the car was mine. Carlos followed up with me in a few days to ensure that all was well. This is the second Honda I bought through Delray Honda and so will my next car. More
