Wonderful Experience I had the pleasure of working with Amanda DiMaiuta for the first time regarding a problem that I had with my car from purchase (from Honda Dealership I had the pleasure of working with Amanda DiMaiuta for the first time regarding a problem that I had with my car from purchase (from Honda Dealership). When I brought it in before they said there was nothing wrong. But once I brought it in again with the same problem- it was diagnosed but only halfway fixed. When I brought it in this last time, and was helped by Amanda DiMaiuta, not only was the problem fixed fully, but this time the issue was explained in a way better manner. Her amazing customer service skills mixed with her prompt execution of her duties was fantastic. She kept me up to speed the entire time I was there (which was close to 4 hours) and was friendly the entire time.
