We went just to look at a van we'd seen online and our sales person was Zach. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and didn't make us feel pressured at all. We had some questions so he brought out the manager, Todd, who was also super nice, helpful and no pressure at all. We test drove, loved it and decided to make an offer. We dealt w the internet manager, Jose/Juan (?) who was also fantastic! They just were all so kind and made the whole process so easy and smooth! They were really willing to listen to us and work at our price point. We felt so comfortable and they made the entire used car buying experience such a great one! I would HIGHLY recommend Delray Honda to anyone! More

Any positive feedback on this dealership has to be employees impersonating customers. Only reason I went there was because it was a Costco car buying purchase and Costco sent me there. Now after waiting 4 weeks for my registration documents I emailed the dealership manager , Casey Flanery, asking where are my documents since the 30 day temporary tag is going to expire in 2 days? The email reply from a subordinate stated they will submit them today and to Expect another 3 weeks for processing. I left a phone message with the General manager to call me. No response so far. I Recommend anyone looking to purchase a Honda product try visiting Ed Morse or Braman Honda. This is no way to treat a customer/senior .
