FAST AND EXCELLENT SERVICE We are from Ohio and were there on vacation. Our Honda Odessey minivan broke down and was towed into Delray Honda for service at 9 pm Wed night. Promptly at opening in the morning they called us about the repair needed. A starter was installed and the repair was done by early afternoon the same day!!!!! Our van was repaired, washed and vacuumed!!!! Mike, in service department, was extremely courteous and pleasant to work with. I even received a follow-up phone call after I returned home 5 days later asking if everything was OK. Of course I said "YES" as I really appreciated the prompt and efficient service that I received. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership service to anyone, far away on vacation in the area or who live in the area. They are prompt, efficient, thorough and friendly. Thanks for your wonderful care.. In fact the very next day my daughter's Honda Oddesey broke down and she drove it in at 1 pm and her new alternator was installed and we picked the van up at 5 pm all repaired, washed and vacuumed too. We both made it back to Ohio without any further problems. Again I highly recommend this dealership's service department.!!!!!!!!! More

After making my purchase decision, I was handed over to Finance and Insurance, where I was offered the option of purchasing a service contract. Although I did not purchase every category that was offered, I purchased what I considered to meet my needs, with no pressure from the F&I manager. Also, my salesperson provided training on the use of the car's driving and features (e.g., Navigation, Audio, etc) and offered further assistance any time I wanted to return to the dealership. More
12/10/16 (Saturday) service with Michael Young I came in on Saturday 12/10/2016. Michael was very professional. I was waiting a few minutes (while he was on the phone with a customer). He apolog I came in on Saturday 12/10/2016. Michael was very professional. I was waiting a few minutes (while he was on the phone with a customer). He apologized when he got off the phone call. Michael politely asked me what I would like done and ask me if I’d be waiting for the car. Michael then proceeded to tell me that he would do standard (5,000) mile service and see if anything else was wrong (7 year old Accord). Michael then did a scan on the VIN # and saw that there was a safety recall which needed to be serviced in addition to the standard service. After about an hour of waiting, Michael sat down with me and told me that my back brakes were bad and I needed a throttle body service. He explained the pros and cons of both services in layman’s terms and ALSO asked how long I am going to keep the car. Michael also pointed out that the work that is needed to be done takes time in order to be done correctly. In addition, Michael had a sheet showing me the specific costs of the services and a total cost if I elected tthe services. It’s obvious that Michael proficient in what he does, but the specific reason why I have been coming back to Michael is that he is courteous, considerate, and treats people with respect. The free coffee and comfortable chairs are meaningless if your treated in a demeaning manner. More
