Purchase of a 2017 Honda CR-V As a single young woman walking into the dealership purchasing a car on my own, I was worried about the whole experience. To my surprise, Delray Honda As a single young woman walking into the dealership purchasing a car on my own, I was worried about the whole experience. To my surprise, Delray Honda was a fantastic experience all around. The deal for my new car was worked out over the phone. I set an appt to meet with Mark C. after work the following day to sign the papers. As soon as I arrived, my new car (which was promptly located in the color I wanted and brought from another dealership the night before) was waiting for me as well as Mark. The process was very smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Everything was thoroughly explained to me from papers I was signing to each gadget in the car that we sat in and went over one by one. The only downside was having to wait a bit to get into the business and insurance offices, however, with good reason as that evening they sold multiple car in a very short period of time. John in the business office did a wonderful job making the official paperwork easy to complete while explaining all of the technicalities that are involved in financing a vehicle. He wasn't pushy at all and didn't try to sell me extras that I didn't need. Overall, the buying process was exceptional and I would happily recommend Mark C, John and the rest of the Delray Honda crew to others looking for a positive car buying experience. More

Remembering Carlos Orejuela from when my mom purchased her CRV over one year ago, I called Carlos when I was ready to buy a car. I called Carlos and he remembered me and my family right away. I told Carlos what I was looking for and he called me within 15 minutes letting me know that he had a Cosmic Blue 2017 Civic. Carlos is extremely professional, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and taken care of throughout the entire purchasing process. When looking for a car in the future, Carlos will be the first person I call to help me. Carlos is an asset to Delray Honda. Also, Allan Wolfson, Service Advisor, was extremely courteous, professional, friendly, and prompt. He made sure all was well with me and my car. Allan went way above to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Allan did an AMAZING job. I am extremely impressed with the service, care, and value my family received at Delray Honda. Thank you for making my experience buying a car phenomenal. Also, a side note to the question within this review, "If you have bought/leased a vehicle and had one serviced at the same dealership, which dealership employee do you feel was most interested in serving your interests, rather than the interests of the dealership?" This was difficult to respond with one person as the answer. Everyone we encountered made me feel that my interests were first. Thank you for making me feel valued. More
