Excellent! I was on a waiting list for a passenger side airbag replacement. Ashley called me when the part was available and scheduled an appointment. Mike Harris saw me immediately upon my arrival, filled out the paperwork and told me it would take 3 hours due to number of cars in front of me and the length of the procedure. He was very up-front. The customer waiting area was very nice and the coffee very good. At exactly 3 hours he came and told me the airbag replacement was complete. I bought my 2006 Pilot new from this dealership and had one bad service experience. This time my service experience was exceptional. Not only did they replace my airbag but returned my dirty Pilot washed, waxed and vacuumed. They also filled my empty windshield washer reservoir and checked the battery. Fantastic job Delray Honda, well worth the wait. More
