Our experience at Delray Honda was the finest we have ever had in over 50 years of buying and leasing cars. upon arrival we were met by our sales rep Thomas Arena who is a true topflight professional. A true 10 star employee who did not let us leave until we had all our questions answered had a comprehensive review of the car and were completely satisfied. our next stop was with Tyler Enzinna the finance mgr. Tyler was great to deal with with an easy manner and professional demeanor. He really knows his stuff and made what could have been a stressful process easy as explained everything every step of the way. 10 star employee all the way. Next we went to the insurance office of insurance nation. They handled all the necessary insurance needs and were great to deal with. another 10 star experience. Lastly I wany to mention the gentleman who prepped our car. I am sorry I don't recall his name but the car was pristine when Thomas handed us the keys. 10 stars for him as well. Thomas went over the car with us answered all our questions and we were on our way. My only regret is we live too far away to have our car serviced at Delray Honda. This was my first experience with this Dealership. I am extremely pleased with the way they took care of my issues. They went above and beyond any Dealership I have ever dealt with in the past and the I am extremely pleased with the way they took care of my issues. They went above and beyond any Dealership I have ever dealt with in the past and there were many as I usually change vehicles every three years. I had issues with the 2024 Acura RDX I purchased on Saturday and when I brought the vehicle in for them to look at on Wednesday, they decided to exchange it with another Vehicle. This is a first for me as I have owned many vehicles, some of which had much worse issues and no one would ever replace the vehicle. Both Jeff, Sales Manager and Devon, Sales Representative, were the nicest people I have dealt with in the Car Industry, and I cannot stop telling my friends and neighbors that this is the best dealership ever. As a note, I purchased an Acura and not a Honda. Have to type in Honda as Make or Survey will not complete. More
