Drove out with a brand new Honda HRV John was a good salesman and showed us several choices of the HRV on the lot. One of the worst dealerships. My boyfriend bought a certifed car at delray honda with aj (sales). We had a great experience with them and I decided to get my own vehicle refinanced My boyfriend bought a certifed car at delray honda with aj (sales). We had a great experience with them and I decided to get my own vehicle refinanced with stacey mikol (finance manager). I was told that I had to give a $500 fee. I was confused but i was going to get a better interest rate and save in the long run even though my gut told me "no" I refinanced my car with delray honda. I recieved a letter from my cerified honda care whom advised me that $800 was given to delray honda. I called delray honda thinking this was a mix up.. I attempted to call stacey. I was told she is no longer with the company and that the 1300 was a deposit to refiance my car. They informed me they couldn't help me and that it was in the paper work; therefore, nothing could be done. I realize this was my error for trusting them and there lies. Now after all this my boyfriend was advised his first oil change will be free just like all other Hondas in the area and just like the first lie they stated they never said such thing per there manager. I spoke with the manager Tom and he stated that he spoke with everyone and no one stated such a thing because they have such low prices they can not honor what was said to us. I thought this company was great but they are full of themselves and doesn't honor anything. Make sure if they tell you anything..get it in wrtting. Honestly, go to braman honda in lake worth they prices are even better and they have customer service plus they honor what they state. Good luck to anyone going here. More
