He displayed OUTSTANDING!!!....Product knowledge by explaining thoroughly..... In a very patient manner......the features.... Advantages and benefits of owning a 2016 Civic. He was very patient when on the road test .......I had to gently coax my mother behind the wheel. Once she drove the car for a few minutes....... She flashed back to days gone by....when my mother owned a 1992 Honda Accord Coupe. When it came to honoring the lease price on the internet ad......Dealership Management was VERY!!!..... Upfront..... Fair....&.....Honest. A trait not always associated with the automotive industry. They were very helpful and fair in the price they gave on my mother's venerable 13 year old Taurus. Bill was MORE Than Efficient...... In processing the DMV....&.....insurance paperwork. Even reaching my mother's insurance company...... &..... Completing the vehicle switch......after normal business hours. He took every shortcut through the process...that his decades in the business taught him. I don't think we could have found a better salesperson if we visited 10 Honda Dealerships in the area. Bill also made sure that my mother's silver Civic was re cleaned after the initial inspection revealed tree SAP on the vehicle. Jon Tetrault .......The Business Manager must also be singled out.....
