Service on 2008 Accord I had made a mistake in calculating when my oil change was due, so I made an appointment. Upon arriving, a technician named Pierre opened the hood, c I had made a mistake in calculating when my oil change was due, so I made an appointment. Upon arriving, a technician named Pierre opened the hood, checked the cleanliness of the oil, replaced some windshield washer fluid, cleaned out the leaves that were stacked under the interior near filters and put the correct amount of air in all 4 tires. He cleaned off the windshield wipers & worked with another tech to check the strength of the battery. Everything turned out fine & I am not yet ready for an oil change. When I do need the oil change and work done on the car, I have confidence that this service department will do the right thing. Thank you for giving me a fair & professional opinion. Delray Honda - Amazing experience for 1st time buyer The whole team that worked with me was amazing! After being told I couldn't lease from two other car brands - Honda went above and beyond to help me, The whole team that worked with me was amazing! After being told I couldn't lease from two other car brands - Honda went above and beyond to help me, Sally from sales is amazing and so experienced, she really toom care of me. The insurance guys and the financial manger were also amazing. The manger at the store made it a point to greet and meet everyone wether they were buying or not. My contract had a mistake - I got a call a few days later with an apology and the whole team was great - I even got a bucket full of car wash supplies!
