Not Honest I prefer not to write negative reviews because its people's livelihoods but my bad experience at Delray Honda warrants it. I get that dealerships are focused on moving cars but to be lied to and deceived is a really bad way of doing business. I was told by Alex that I would be able to refinance my Accord in 6-9 months. I went back to do just that and got the run around. Say whatever it takes to sell a car and then avoid the customer. I visited the dealership and called Alex several times to see if he would make good on his promise ... not a single returned phone call. I love how the Delray Honda GM talks abou how important customer service is to the dealership and I can't get a phone call back. It's unethical and disrespectful to a customer. I've bought and leased cars for years and this way one of the worst car buying experiences ever. Delray Honda lost a customer forever. More
