He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions on various models including e-quotes. At the dealership John stood-in for Carlos as he had a previous appt. He also was very knowledgeable and pleasant and there was no pressure involved which we really appreciated. We are very pleased to recommend both of these associates. More

Excellent Buying Experience (1st Time Car Buyer) Mario was a real pleasure to work with. His effort and advice really made the car buying experience great! He gave me the best deal and provided me with a terrific car. Even though he was working to make a sale, he taught me a very valuable tool when you are car buying, and that is to ask for a BPO (buyer's PO). It really eliminated the stress of being jerked around and a way of getting a price established. Mario was really good with getting a deal done with me, and the upfront paper work was done in advance of my return from DC. I spent maybe 45 minutes taking care of the last of my paper work and I was off the lot with my new car. Mario did a fantastic job! More
