I was confused as to what was b My experience at Delray Honda got a 5 star rating even though of the session with the financial officer Jon Tetreault. I was confused as to what was being offered and ended up signing for something I did not want just to get out of the office. I have experienced a bad session before at another Honda dealership for my previous Honda. At that session it took almost 5 hours to complete the sale. At least this time it was only 1 hour. My experience with the salesman Zack Coker at Delray Honda was a pleasant experience and he was very helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. My experience with the general manager Casey was also accommodating. I must say I did meet with Casey a couple of days after signing and expressed my dissatisfaction with the financial officer and requested a new sale contract be written up to my satisfaction. He was very accommodating and a different financial officer (Gary) rewrote the sale. I did end up paying cash for the full amount because of my confusion with Jon and offers made for a loan. My review should in no way indicate I was displeased with Delray Honda dealership. This is a good dealership and I would recommend it to any of my friends and family. They are friendly and accommodating and are ready to help with any problems or dissatisfaction. I did end up leaving satisfied with my new car and contract and am a HAPPY CAMPER! More
