There are good and bad dealerships. This is an off the chart bad one. I went in to buy a certified Sonata I saw on their website. Then the sales manager adds a $1595 certification c This is an off the chart bad one. I went in to buy a certified Sonata I saw on their website. Then the sales manager adds a $1595 certification charge to sales price. After I stopped laughing he tells me every dealer adds this for certified cars. A 100% flat out lie. He then tells me they post an incorrect price on the web to get people to show up and then he adds costs. What a terrible business practice. As I told him I will never return to that dealership… just awful they do this to people More
