I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW FOR I am writing this review for Marlene Greenberg. During my lifetime I have purchased approximately 30 or so cars. I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW FOR A SALESPERSON!!! Marlene was dedicated to praising the dealership and the Genesis 80 from the first moment she greeted my wife and myself outside the dealership. She never appeared to be selling or saying something that she did not fully believe and therefore: she made us feel that she was truthful and above board. Marlene spent as much time as required explaining and answering questions and in addition she followed up on additional info that we had asked about. Marlene was knowledgeable and got to the meat of those things that were important to us in order to make a buying decision. After we purchased the car she spent sufficient time with us to completely go over all facets of the car and technology which was much appreciated. I congratulate Marlene as a seasoned pro who has learned her craft well and is a standout in a field that could use more like her. Lastly,Marlene handled my aggressive questions in a calm and friendly manner therefore keeping the discussions and negotiation on track to fruition.
