This has confounded me beyond belief that shrewd, coning, out right scoundrels keep dragging those attitudes to abysmal low levels unsatisfactory beyond imagination. If only Management on Corporate Executive Levels Could utilize practices to change perception and register only Perfect Positive Comments, I am certain that an untapped Market from 100 Percent Satisfaction would draw so much repeat Business and a continual flow of genuine serious customers would traffic your market operations daily. Angie and I were delighted that John Valle was so genuinely interested in our overall needs and considerations that he wasted nobodies time with frivolous gestures. I have serious health issues that made it difficult to spend alot of time haggeling over Prices and Delrays Team Practice where Debra Shomeyer also helped immensely because she made sure that the corresponding Vin. numbers were precisely located and cleaned up, Detailed to specs so test drives were readily available in a timely fashion. I believe Debra ran at least a half dozen phone calls down and this in turn persuaded me to make additional time to spend at your Dealership, to actually investigate serious buying considerations. She was an extremely important part of our decision to Delray Hyundai. Where Michael Shaevitz was too busy with customers on three occasions, I was able to use Debra and John's Expertise to keep us interested in pursuit of sale whereas 5 other Dealerships lost Our Business because they did not work together to keep us interested in returning. Now, I Tell you this Important Factor for a Business to always put each customer on an utmost high Priority because I was an Executive in the Hospitality Industry for 40 years and I know hundreds of Important people around this state and around the country so for Corporate I am the Gold Mine Customer perhaps Platinum Relations more Importantly since I am a" gift of gab " Public Relations Savy so a word of mouth profession is worth 1000's more exponentially. One Final comment, John not only mentioned that any time needed to answer future questions he would always be available but he would personally assist in service maintenance checks as well. I am aware that the service department makes huge money for any dealership and also that Blind Costing a Customer is another Practice Many Auto Industry Dealerships were liable in years past so when I learned that Delray Hyundai is small Family Operations and Their Service Department has Highest National Ranking for all Practices on Delray Property I was Delighted that No Unscrupulous Practice would show for Maintenance Service indeed. All in all, I am certain that the Executive Corp Management team at Delray Hyundai is extremely grateful for such Knowledgeable,Professionalism and Expertise in an uniquely personable car buying experience with John Valle and Debra Shomeyer, Michael S and other staff we were in contact with during our visit at Delray Hyundai.
