This time, I worked with Internet salesman John Valle who was very friendly and a big help in getting me into my new car (and afterwards, in setting up the radio and related perks). Highly recommended! The finance manager, Andrew Hodges, was also very friendly, sharp, and finagled a good rate from the bank. Great experience all around; this is a well-run dealership. More

First time lease experience I had been exchanging emails with Alan Silverman, Internet Sales Manager, for a couple of months and said I would visit this dealership when we got ba I had been exchanging emails with Alan Silverman, Internet Sales Manager, for a couple of months and said I would visit this dealership when we got back to Florida. We dropped in today and Jackie helped us because Alan was unavailable. Jackie showed us a new Sonata, took us for a test drive, and did a great job explaining all the features. We agreed to move forward on a lease deal. Since we had never leased before, I learned the hard way that you have to have proof of Florida insurance before the lease can be finalized. So I had to deal with my insurance company in Missouri and their Florida counterpart. There were some complications so I ended up spending several hours in the dealership making calls and waiting. During that time we met Alan and several other associates. Everyone was very friendly. Once the insurance was obtained, Jackie completed all the paperwork in a timely manner. The car was delivered clean and full of gas. Jackie patiently walked us through all the features, paired our cell phones to the Bluetooth Apple-Play system in the car, and prepared us to drive away. If you are in the market for a Hyundai or Genesis, make this your first stop. More

I wanted a specific car, color and interior, and I looked and called all over the state to find what I wanted. I found Michael. From the beginning he was upfront, honest, and helpful. He had the car I was looking for. (I had other dealerships tell me they had the car I wanted when they really didn't) I drove down from Orlando and bought the car the same day-a brand new loaded 2018 Genesis. I love the car. It was the easiest transaction I have ever had. I never thought I would use the term easy when buying a car. Michael has been helpful and has answered my questions even after I left the dealership. He is very knowledgeable and never makes me feel like I was bothering him. No complaints at all. Give him a call..... More
