There are good and bad dealerships. This is an off the chart bad one. I went in to buy a certified Sonata I saw on their website. Then the sales manager adds a $1595 certification c This is an off the chart bad one. I went in to buy a certified Sonata I saw on their website. Then the sales manager adds a $1595 certification charge to sales price. After I stopped laughing he tells me every dealer adds this for certified cars. A 100% flat out lie. He then tells me they post an incorrect price on the web to get people to show up and then he adds costs. What a terrible business practice. As I told him I will never return to that dealership… just awful they do this to people More

Delray Hyundai service department is so overbooked that they made my recall appointment five weeks ahead, and the manager told me that all Hyundai dealers were booking that far out. Well, I called Napleton they made my recall appointment five weeks ahead, and the manager told me that all Hyundai dealers were booking that far out. Well, I called Napleton Hyundai in West Palm Beach, and they gave me the option of an appointment on the same day or any of the next four days! I chose Monday because I did not want to go there that Friday or Saturday. The service department had me driven home and had my car repaired by that afternoon. I bought my Hyundai Kona at Delray Hyundai, and I wish I purchased it from Napleton in West Palm Beach! I do not like being lied to by a dealership's management! More
My car was scheduled six weeks out for two recalls that can cause vehicle fires. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and checked in by Jennifer. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 2- 3 hours. At can cause vehicle fires. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and checked in by Jennifer. I was told my vehicle would be ready in 2- 3 hours. At the 3rd hour I was called to say I would have to be rescheduled because they did not have the part for one of the recall issues and there is no current remedy available for the second recall. Also, I was told that my car was washed when it was not. They did take it back and did a quick wash. This ordeal cost me 5 hours of my time and now I must go through this again when the “part” arrives and I am rescheduled. My question is: Why didn’t they check to see if the part was in a day or two before my appointment and recheck again when I was being checked in to ensure the part was still in stock? No, they let me wait the 3 hours it was supposed to take for the repair to be completed to inform me the part was not there, and I must be rescheduled. I want to be clear, Jennifer was terrific as she allowed me to vent and was understanding of my frustrations. She even showed me how she was going to follow-up with parts in two days to ensure that that if I get priority on the part. I stopped having my car serviced by this dealership years ago for their sloppy service and if it were not for the recall, I would not come back or buy another vehicle from them. I will try another dealership for the second recall when the remedy is in. The fact that a possible serious situation may occur and Hyundai has no fix, is scary. I do not recommend Hyundai or this dealership. More
