I've never experienced a salesman that actually cared about the customer, usually all about them selling a car, you buy it & thats it, never hear from them again & they're on to the next victim. Im telling you John is a horse of a different color! He may want to sell a car , but he DOES do everything in his control to make arrangements for you, make you comfortable & he understands your needs & personal situation & takes that in consideration in the process . Horrible Customer Service I used the valet service for my new genesis and this was by far the worst experience I have had in my adult life. My car was damaged and I was told th I used the valet service for my new genesis and this was by far the worst experience I have had in my adult life. My car was damaged and I was told that it was my fault for buying rims for my vehicle. The service manager Richard has no customer service skills and he should consider finding a new career. I asked the dealership to fix my car and they said it wasn't their fault. Do not get your car serviced at this dealership if you want them to be careful while driving your car. I will be contacting my attorney to try and resolve this matter but take my advice am beware of delray Acura/Hyundai. If I could give them zero stars I would. More

Honest and Patient We were interested in the options of buying our Genesis back off the lease and had many questions and concerns. My first contact with Sadko, I was not patient and was a bit miffed with the procedures of this buyback. I went to several other Genesis dealerships and found their staff not truthful and trying to pull the old sales "fast one". I went back to Sadko and he found us a fantastic deal on a new lease.
