He's never in a rush, very personable and kind. He's not your typical pushy sale's person. He takes all his time to help you and explain the car to you. For instance, one of my newer car's, Alan programed my blue tooth .well, for the last 2 yrs;I've been going back to him to program it again and again.. Being 77,i'm not to smart with these new things. I must have gone back to him at least a dozen times. Not once did he turn me away .he just jumped in my car, and showed me again and again.
