Simply the best I dread buying a car. It usually takes hours and hours and tons of haggling. I sent a generic email to the dealership asking about any late model Hyu I dread buying a car. John replied within 30 minutes asking if I had any specific requirements. I wanted a late model, low mileage limited in one of three exterior colors and one interior color. John responded with three choices within the hour. He was one of the first sales person I met who actually listened to my needs, but also exceeded them. All three cars were right on the money. I chose the latest model and we set up a time for me to come and drive it. He assured me that he would never have me come in if the car was not really available. When I got to the dealership for my appointment, there it sat, right out in front, freshly detailed and waiting for me. Less than 3 hours later, I was driving it home. Throughout the experience, John was pleasant and efficient. The entire staff was friendly. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. John even sat in the car with me and showed me how to sync my phone and walked me through all the features. He has followed up to make sure I’m still happy. I truly impressed with John and the entire team. My next car will be coming from them as well. Thank you John. More

Alan is not typical saales person In my search for a new car I finally made my way to Hyundai. Alan was my sales person and I could not be more happier with him. I was originally looking at a new Accent, but found a pretty good price on a 2016 Elantra. The Accent was more expensive, but Alan steered me towards the Elantra because he believed it was the better car for me. Not a lot of sale people would do that, but Alan did. I did wait and visited with Alan who again reviewed the situation. He suggested that I wait till the early days of April when he felt Genesis would have a call back offer for me. It did occur.
