Review of my Contact with Michael Shaveitz I've purchased Hyundai cars for the past 12+ years (from different dealerships) and NO ONE can compete with Mike Shaevitz salesmanship!!! He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and a real pleasure to do business with. I was at another Hyundai Genesis dealer, before I contacted Delray Hyundai, and the salesman told me I had to wait 2-3 months for a Genesis G80 because he couldn't get the color I requested, i.e. Black Exterior and Beige interior I then contacted Mike Shaevitz and he went really out of his way and found the color combination I wanted the SAME DAY!!! Needless to say...he's a real credit to Delray Genesis. More

He knew what I needed and what I could afford and he never pushed me to purchase accessories or contracts that were not truly necessary. He had all the paperwork ready for me to sign when I came to pick up my car whereas my prior experiences had me waiting for at least one hour. Alan has already called me and written me a thank you note as follow up to my purchase. Delray Hyundai should be very proud to have Alan as part of its team. More

It has all the hallmarks of a luxury car but is more agreeably priced. Over the the years I have appreciated the customer and car service as well as courtesy of the staff at Delray. The largest factor which brought me back to Delray Genesis was the salesperson Alan Silverman. In 2015 he helped me to to lease a Genesis and in 2018 to purchase one. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, a good listener, and honest. He made my wife and I feel comfortable. Buying a car can be a taxing and unpleasant experience, not so with Alan. The quality of the car and the service brought me to the Delray dealership, but it is the quality of the salesperson, Alan Silverman that sold me the car.
