Great salesman, John Valli, poor service department. I an A If it hadn't been for the great job John Vallie did for me, I would have given a much lower rating of the business. The Service Dept. is in need of a complete overhaul, I went in for a $1,000 + service order that was scheduled for 8am, I was on time, it was supposed to take four hours, I got the car back at 4pm that day. When I would call many times that day, nobody knew what was going on, or where my car was in the service. If I have to put up with this kind of service with my recent purchase, I will go somewhere else for service. More
